I always believed to be on top of your creative game you should either not listen to a lot of the stuff that's out there or listen to everything. And when I say everything I mean all genders of music. Now I know that there's some stuff the you just can't stand. I'm not saying go out and pick up Conway Twitty's greatest hints, but you should expand your horizons. Because if all you do is listen to Cassidy then guess what your material is going to remind people of? Over the years I can truly say I've developed a appreciation for many styles of music. And even thou cats may have had to get blunted to do so, there's been a very divers mix of flavors coming out of the studios within the past ten years or so.

Likes

I love all kinds of music. Hip Hop, R&B, Rock, Alt Rock, Classic Rock, some folk music, Classical, etc.
I also like to put beats together. So I think a love of all kinds of music is important.

Dislikes

Haters, control freaks, there's this one guy that I used to work for...didn't like him much...that's why I quit...
